Carbliss Packers Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 47 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Maine) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SNFood & Beverage LLC (the "Sponsor") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), as well as any alcohol beverage licensees (including alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, or retailers), and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages, whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse, or possession of any prize.

Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by the Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. Employees of Sponsor, Promotion Parties, and related parties, as well as their immediate families and household members of the same, are not eligible to participate.

The National Football League and its related entities (“NFL Entities”) have no liability or responsibility for any claims related to this Promotion and have not sponsored or endorsed this sweepstakes.

2. Campaign Period: The Carbliss Packer Giveaway Campaign begins on February 16, 2026, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on February 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST (the "Campaign Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Campaign Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes in connection with the Promotion, complete the following steps during the Campaign Period: (I)visit www.drinkcarbliss.com/pages/packers-off-season-sweepstakes
(the “Sweepstakes Site”), to be directed to the registration form and (ii) completely enter true and correct information of entrant in the required fields of the registration form (required fields include: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth). Each eligible completed registration form received will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person per day throughout the Promotion Period, for a total of a maximum of seventeen (17) Sweepstakes Entries per person. Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person, per household. Entrants may not share an email address. Any entry in the sweepstakes with entrant who shares the same email address as any other entrant and would otherwise be considered a valid Sweepstakes Entry will not be considered a
valid Sweepstakes Entry.

4. Sweepstakes Drawings/Odds: There will be one (1) random drawing held during the Promotion ("Drawing"). The Drawing will take place according to the dates specified below. For the Drawing, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner of a prize related to the Promotion ("Promotion Prize") from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the respective Entry Period (as specified below). The odds of winning a Promotion Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the respective Entry Period. Each winner is considered a “potential” winner, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Prizes: A total of one (1) Promotion Prize will be awarded in connection
with the Promotion, as detailed below:

Promotion Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the respective Promotion Prizes for one of equal or greater value relative to the applicable Promotion Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be notified via email
within three (3) days of the applicable Drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of Sponsor's notification of such winner, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winners may be required to verify their identity with government-issued identification and sign a winner’s agreement and release.


7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.


8. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective
officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Promotion Prizes.


9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all
disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this
campaign or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms and conditions, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the campaign, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin.


10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's
privacy policy, which can be found at www.drinkcarbliss.com/privacy-policy.


11. Sponsor/Administrator: This campaign is sponsored by SNFood &
Beverage LLC, 818 E. Clifford Street, Plymouth, WI 53073-4076.
